hi (first post!)

anyway. I recently got smugmug and downloaded MacDaddy to transfer photos from iphoto. Since I've downloaded it iPhoto will open but pretty much freezes up my brand new Macbook until I restart it. Spinning beach ball and no response from anything.

Advice?

Hi Vogue and welcome to Dgrin! wave.gif

This seems odd. Which version of MacDaddy did you download? The most recent version of it is 3.0.3, which is available from here:
    http://www.smugmug.com/photos/mac/MacDaddy-3.0.3.dmg

Which Mac OSX Version are you using? The most recent versions are 10.5.4 and 10.4.11 . Try Apple Software update and see if there's any update available to you.

Do you have iPhoto installed? If so, which version?

If you keep having problems, I would suggest that you contact us directly at our HelpDesk for faster assistance. Go here:

Include a link to your SmugMug site and a link back to this thread if you do and provide us with as much information as possible.

    Thanks,
