Pseudo-HDR, yes. 3 "exposures" from one RAW, tone mapped in Photomatix.

I love the PP, too. Very moody which I think goes well with the concept of spring and rain in the UK.

Same thoughts. The PP is actually giving it a whole new dramatic and classy look.

Quite creative IMHO.
