Unable to add photo's

When I go to click onto the add photo's button, before I can even click on it, when I hover over it it says "Just a Sec., Loading the menu, Thanks!. That never goes away... If course, when I do click the add button, nothing.. at the bottom of window, instead of saying done, it says (1 item remaining) waiting for http://www.photographybyoneil.smugmug.com with a yelloow exclamation mark.

Any clues?

Thanks!

    Hi Diane,

I've had a look at your site. I believe the problem was in your customizations. You had lots of unclosed tags that were most likely causing the page not to load properly. I cleaned the html up for you and hopefully this has resolved your issue.

Please make sure whenever you open a <*center> tag, you'll have to close it again with <*/center>. That goes for most html tags. You don't have to open the tag again if it's still open.

    All the best,
    Sebastian

Thank you Sebastian! I appreciate your help. Unfortunately, that didn't resolve the problem. It is still doing it.<img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029383/emoji/ne_nau.gif" border="0" alt="" >

    Trouble adding Photo's
Someone named sebastian was kind enough to try to help, but unfortunately, I am still unable to add photo's to my site. It still tells me to wait a sec., still loading menu, and goes not farther. Can anyone give me an idea what is going on, what I did to cause this problem? I have many images I have to add for a client. Thanks Diane

    Diane,

Have you tried Firefox to see if the problem is happening in it as well? I am not seeing any errors in Firebug. There may be something in your security or web browser that is blocking the Javascript for the menu.

No, I'm going to install it now, and give it a try. Thanks!

This is what happened to me, and was apparently the first indication of the massive problems we are all experiencing via Amazon that are being discussed in a couple of other threads. They're working on it.

Very possible that the problems were related. At the time, the problem was isolated. Hopefully once things get back up and running your problems will be gone. If not, please let us know. There may still be something else going on.
