Chargeback Rights, Credit Cards and Paypal

If I sell an item and the buyer uses a credit card to pay my paypal account, do they have chargeback rights as they do with a traditional vendor? What are the potential pitfalls of taking credit cards via paypal, other that giving my info to paypal and paying them about 3% to process the transaction. :ear
