20D with box and all accessories as shipped from the factory. Shows moderate wear. I don't know how many shutter actuations. Camera functions perfectly, never had any problems with it. I have used it on a large range of lenses from WA zooms through Super Teles and it handles them all. $400 shipped, insured, paypal no extra fees.
