Can't See all Photos

I was in the middle of uploading photos to a new gallery yesterday when the outage occurred. When the outage was fixed, I loaded the remaining pictures. When I look at my gallery, i can't see the remaining pictures. When I do bulk work on the gallery (edit captions, delete photos), I can see the remaining pictures but there is one placeholder for a picture where there is no picture and that is where my photos stop in my gallery. I guess that this is where I was when the outage occurs. I can't delete this placeholder, so I can't see any pictures past it in the gallery.

Do I have to delete the gallery and upload all the pix again? Thanks for the help and for the continued service.
