Power User Question

I am helping a local service organization (Community Cares Initiative) set up their website. If they wish to use www.communitycaresinitiative.com instead of www.communitycaresinitiative.smugmug.com do they need a pro account or will the power account do? Is the only diff between pro and power the storage size and sales ability? Can the power account still be customized in all aspects?

    OK, so I did some reading about the account types... they have changed since I signed up a few years back...
    Since power users can fully customize and use custom site addresses (w/o the sugmug attached) I need to downgrade 2 accounts I run for other people. The info section states this can be done thru the control panel... if it can I can not find it... I can only find a way to UPgrade... on my test site (that is still in trial phase) I can downgrade, but not in the site that has been paid for.
