smugmug's new uploader

doesn't work for me - doesn't even ask to install the active x uploader.

i upload photos for a client, so star explorer and send to smug - are configured to work with my galleries, not his. i really liked the IE uploader for this. any suggestions?

    I have Windows Vista, and I cannot get it to work either.

    Had a list of gear, now its to long, so lets say I have 2 bags and 15,000 worth of stuff.

    I also can't get the uplaoder to work all the sudden. It was working just the other day.

    I am investigating right now.

    Do any of you use Facebook and upload photos there? ear.gif

    You can also use the Green Smuggy drag and drop (look at the bottom of the uploader list (retired uploaders).
