Default Thread Subscription

Currently every time I post in a thread I automatically get subscribed to it. How to I change it to not do this as it's default behavior?

    Click on You! in the main navigation bar then select Options from the left nav bar. There is an email notifications drop down box, which gives you a number of choices.
