Real Estate photo pricing

I have a friend that has gotten her realtor lic. and she has asked me about taking some exterior and a few interior photos. Nothing fancy, just normal shots for her to use in selling some houses. Mostly around here the agents take their own pictures and houses range from $200,000 to $500,000. She has also mentioned possible other agent she works with using me as well if prices are reasonable.

Can someone help me with pricing myself at a reasonable range without undercutting.

Thank you all
Jason

I've done a little bit of real estate photography. Pricing is a tough question, and I think part of it depends on what part of the country you are in. I would suggest you do a little research on what other real estate photographers are charging in your area and use that as a starting point.

Here in Seattle I did a little research and found this guy, and used his pricing as a starting point. He has also written several useful articles about tips and tricks of real estate photograph, like this one.
