Was out walking the dog and found a (I Think) Wolf Spider Exoskeleton. It was hanging from a single spider thread so I gently moved it to a flower and posed it. Thanks for looking. MM

Both wonderful shots but gotta love the spider skin.- Did you put the head back on ?- normally when I see these the head and fangs are very displaced.

The head and fangs where still attached. This one was hanging face down from a single spiders thread, and the breeze was blowing so I had to move it to get a shot. I am not sure (having never handled one before) but I think it was very fresh cause it was very pliable. I was able to adjust its legs to suit my needs.... even took one pose where I was trying to make it look as though it was attacking. Soo this was even a luckier find then I thought. MM

Thanks for the coment, the spider was just its skin, and I moved it to the flower. I think that is the closest I have even been to one. MM
