I'm a dinosaur........can someone tell me how to post multiple quotes so they show up in their own seperate little box?

If there is already a sticky somewhere just point me toward it and I'll go from there.

Thanks in advance,
Marty

    As you've no doubt already discovered, the normal REPLY button will only include the quote from the post you reply from.

    You could copy/paste the quotable portions you want to include from the web display of other posts into a text editor and then copy/paste those back into your reply, and then highlight each and use the quote box button in the posting editor to quote each one. Note: This method will not include the quoted poster's username, you'll have to add that back in if you want it. After the first instance of "QUOTE" in the bracket things, add an equal sign and the original poster's username before the second bracket.

    I'll use a { and a } here, but do use the square brackets instead in a real post.

    syntax is as follows:
    {QUOTE=username} the quote you want {/QUOTE}

    Hope that helps.

    It would be a lot easier if DGrin just updated their vBulletin configuration to include the ability to multiple-quote messages like POTN, Photography Corner, etc.
