Number one is amazing ...I like how soft it looks. Well done!

Yes, I am usually not one for B&W and birds but these are very well done. I like the softness of number 1 and the comps of the other two which is wierd because in number 2 most would have left space to the left, but you left space to the right. It works. Perhaps everything is upside down to me because of the B&W treatment.

Edit: The first one may be a snowy but the others look like Great Egrets, but again, maybe this B&W thing has thrown me off.

I ditto #1. I know it looks out of focus but there's something so ethereal and intelligent about that one. It's got emotion for me. Very cool shot.

The blur is a "guassian shift" that I added in to get a small fine-art feel in this image...hopefully it works and comes across in this manner.
