Little House Spider

My niece caught this little fella (in the hallway i think) for me to take pictures of. I put him in a dice box so he wouldn't run off while I was taking pictures, let him go outside in a flower bush when we were done. He was unharmed.

    Good little helper you have there (the niece) - Nice shots - looks like one of the house spiders- Tegenaria sp.

    Glad you let him/her go :D
    It's nice to have folks helping out by finding things for you photograph,
    but they always look better in a natural environment.

    How big was it? Bet it ran like the Dickins when you let it go rolleyes1.gif
    It's got a nice pattern on it's body.

    thanks guys.

    it was tiny, maybe 1/2 accross. it didnt run off when i let it go, just hung out on the a little bit. I wish it wasn't so dark ut when I did or I would have got some good pictures of it on the tree flowers.

    I didn't use hot lights for fear of hurt it, I used LED lighting for the photos
