Lightning In The Sky

I caught a few lately. Serendipity I guess.

The first shots occured around 1:00 in the morning.

This one was taken at 1:20 in the morning. I got my a$$ inside in a very short manner.

This was all the excitement from the Fourth of July fireworks display this year.

And this was my first daytime catch. 16:26 in the afternoon.

    Nice! Care to share your techniques? Do you use a trigger or just try long exposures?

    clap.gif Lightning is hard to catch and hard to make beautiful when you do. I've never ever had any sort of luck doing this myself. Your first few are particularly awesome since you caught the other clouds as well. Thanks for sharing!!

    Love them all. #2 is my fav though. It almost seems like its reflecting off a lake. I dont know if ive ever seen lighening shoot through a low level cloud. Great capture...im sure your trigger finger was sore:D
