Two nitpicks of mine are that it seems you have lost some detail on some of the petals. Secondly, this is only personal preference, sunflowers should be shown in their glory... in color.
The composition is nice also.

I like your color one alot...but was wondering if or what filters u used? High Dynamic Range, Color Saturation, Selective Color, Unsharpen Mask and Custom Masking -vs- the first one photo, which shows that the use of a filter was and is clearly visible.

The color photo really pops. I love it when the picture seems to 'move'. The petals look like they are fluttering. Excellent pic!
