An outside wedding at 5:30 pm. It was hot but we got them married! The ceremony was under a big tree in complete shade. I set up a strobe on each side to try and get some light on them. The strobes were equipped with radio poppers which did not prove to be very reliable. The one on camera left only went off a couple of times at the beginning I think. I have some pocket wizards now. Anyway, it was a fun event. Any help with what I coulda, shoulda, done is appreciated. (Straightening still needs to be done)

1. They are blending two families. She has 2 boys, he has 3 girls.

A nice series in some seriously tough lighting. Your flash work looks great in these...and seems to be well controlled.

    I have a request though.....rolleyes1.gif

Can we see #15 in a treatment similar to #17?mwink.gif

You have a knack for fresh and interesting angles!

Thanks very much for your kind comments. Means a lot to me coming from you. I look at your photos over and over hoping to someday be able to get the light right, the focus right and get photos that look as smooth and clear as yours with great skin tones. Critique from you is highly regarded.

Will get right on that request also.

Yes, it was a small wedding. About 50 in attendance. Thanks for the comments.

Maybe you like this? Although I selectively sharpened the hands it doesn't really show up to me. Would be better if her hands weren't so far up on the image maybe. You probably like the vignette mainly, right?
