Apple reflection.

The sun went away. The rain clouds gathered and the light began to draw in...
The wind picked up a little bit, and the afternoon became more like evening.
Then the rain started and I looked out at the apple tree in the garden and watched the rain settle on the apples.
So I went outside a plucked an apple from the tree and brought it in - not to eat mind, the apples are not ready for eating yet - but to try and get an image out of it...
So, in the living room, I placed a mirror on a small stool onto which I placed three black mounting boards in a triangle to create a black reflection, and carefully set the apple down onto the mirror, to keep the rain drops in place.
Had to bring the blacks up in photoshop a bit more, because the black had a hint of blue in it, and I added a black border to make it stand out from the background on white forum boards. So this is the finished product.
Opinions and comments, as always, welcomed.

I know which is the real apple but you tend not to trust it... very good pic. I like the water droplets and I'm happy to see big leafy greens still on the stem.

Nothing beats the flavour of HOME grown fruits and vegies.
I have a fruit tree too, but last year I only got ONE apple off it.
