Red Shouldered Hawk

This Red Shouldered Hawk was sitting on fence posts that streched by a dirt road. In photos 3 & 4, he regurgitated a insect that looked like a large grasshopper (I missed the insect).

1, 2, and 5 are excellent images, clear and sharp. It looks like there is some sort of haze in 3 and 4 though.

Maybe that's what made him toss the bug...
