What is the best Slide Show or Show software on the market?

the best i find by myself is (photodex) ProShow Producer but i find an amezing slide show video of a wedding , you can see it here, it's outstanding:

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="311"wmode="transparent" data="http://cutframetv.com/flvplayer.swf?file=http://assets.cutframetv.com/flvideo/1063.flv&viewkey=e6acdc73414517203f5f&autostart=false&showfsbutton=true">
<param name="movie" value="http://cutframetv.com/flvplayer.swf?file=http://assets.cutframetv.com/flvideo/1063.flv&viewkey=e6acdc73414517203f5f&autostart=false&showfsbutton=true" />

<embed src="http://cutframetv.com/flvplayer.swf?file=http://assets.cutframetv.com/flvideo/1063.flv&viewkey=e6acdc73414517203f5f&autostart=false&showfsbutton=true" loop="false" width="425" height="311" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />

But my question is with witch excellent software the guys does that ???:scratch
is it a very specific slide show software or is it a video editing software like (sony) Vegas or (adobe) Premiere Pro ?

look i have some more exemples here:

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="311"wmode="transparent" data="http://cutframetv.com/flvplayer.swf?file=http://assets.cutframetv.com/flvideo/1077.flv&viewkey=310e76b6200b7c71f63b&autostart=false&showfsbutton=true">
<param name="movie" value="http://cutframetv.com/flvplayer.swf?file=http://assets.cutframetv.com/flvideo/1077.flv&viewkey=310e76b6200b7c71f63b&autostart=false&showfsbutton=true" />

<embed src="http://cutframetv.com/flvplayer.swf?file=http://assets.cutframetv.com/flvideo/1077.flv&viewkey=310e76b6200b7c71f63b&autostart=false&showfsbutton=true" loop="false" width="425" height="311" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />

<embed src="http://cutframetv.com/flvplayer.swf?file=http://assets.cutframetv.com/flvideo/852.flv&viewkey=0b520d281c122d149065&autostart=false&showfsbutton=true" loop="false" width="425" height="251" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />
