:skippy Everyone has the right to be stupid, but some people just abuse the privilege :dgrin
You'll find if you look at the first and last shot used in the stack , the DOF line is a bit more gradual than it apppears in the stack- I sometimes repair brush the background from these shots onto the stack to make the DOF line a bit more gradated. CZM seems to ignore partially OOF information.

points noted Brian, havnt got repair tool in ps7 , will try copying from original frames using cone tool at low opacity.
