Welcome to the Dgrin Forum RubberSideUp :D
Ahhhhh so you have a new lens, congratulations!

Both shots look nice and sharp, two very nice specimens too.
I have seen heaps of those metalic blue ones on my trips to USA,
and I have also seen some of those red ones too.

I am sure you will have an absolute ball with you new gear,
and no doubt we will be seeing more posts from you.

Thank you for sharing, enjoy for the Forum.

    Macro shots
    Hi ladies and Gents:
I just picked up the nikkor 60 mm macro 2.9 AF-S - N. I also picked up the Kenko extension tube set 12-20-36 . Should i have gotten the 105 macro (nikon) .i do love the bkeh and color of this lens. Question is how close this would bring me to the subject..first time using these tubes.

Hi Eddy, and welcome to the forum,
hopefully someone who is a Nikon user can answer your question.

I don't think you will be disappointed in the lens you chose, nor in your purchase of the Kenko Tubes, as they can be used on basically any lens.

The Kenko's will come in very handy, I have a set and I take them with me anytime I go out shooting.

No matter what lens you choose, they all take time to get to know how to use thumb.gif .... Skippy :D

Thanks Skippy. I take alot of you use Canons. I did read the various combinations of using these tubes..It will be tricky but am sure after spending time and using them it will come..Anyone have anythoughts on a good photography book in general.
    Thanks
