Went to the butterfly pavillion event held at the Los Angeles Natural History museum. Here are a few keepers. I tried something different and went for slower shutter speeds.
Thanks for looking. C/C welcomed and appreciated.

I would try reducing the saturation and contrast a bit. Just my personal preference.

Thanks. It is my favorite of the group. I was tracking that guy for awhile. The kids seemed to have ravaged all the wings by the time I got there.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Hi Tim,
The first butterfly is quite pretty .... Chocolate comes to mind when I look at it
Last shot is interesting, the wings appear to be damaged at the top,
I like the motion of the wing, this shot has also the best light.
