Best price/source for ND/GND filter setup

I want to pick up a lee or cokin z filter kit. adaptor/holder and a few NDs and a GND filter. Can anyone recommend a source thats the best bang for the buck?

going on a canon 40d/24-70f2.8/sig 10-20.

pls i'm in canada so either canadian or US source is likely best.
