What am I?

I've got a white/grey head and under belly, dark wings and a smallish beak. I'm a pretty good sized bird and there are 3 of us new to the area. What am I?

You would be a Kite!....looks like a Mississippi Kite to be exact.....and no you don't have to be in or near Mississippi, there are several different species, this one, however, resembles the Miss. version.

And a Mississippi Kite to be more precise. They nest in my area too in the late spring on into summer. They will be leaving by the end of August though.
