    I'm not sure I like the washed out look of the first one. I'm guessing your daughter has beautiful blue eyes, but they look a tad scary in the subdued look in the photo you posted. The pose is pretty serious but I think the lighting is flat on her face.

    I'm not sure the extreme close up of your nephew is entirely flatering. The lens is very sharp and the focus seems good,but his face seems to be slightly distorted and too big.

    Beautiful children. Not sure I like the coloring though. On my monitor they look a little soft. Maybe run them through an unsharp mask?
