I like #2.
#1 is ok I like the rock fence but in general it doesn't grab me. I'm not sure why I'm not thrilled about it it has a good foreground (the rock wall) a good mid-ground (the sunflowers) and a good background (the sun and sky). It's probably just because I would want the sunflower as the foreground like it is in #2.

I pick #2 as my favorite. I like how the sunflowers are leaning one way and the vapor trails from the planes look to me like they are going the other so I see motion in the photo.
