Thought I'd post a few of my landscapes from a recent trip to Sedona, Bryce, Grand Canyon, and Zion...

Love your feedback!

Some nice shots in the collection. You'd get much better feedback if you posted something for folks to look at. One or two and the link would be enough.

I was taken aback by the Virgin River shots. Easily one of my favorite places on this earth.

Wow, beautiful set! Yes much more effective to post the photos directly in the thread. You can always append with a link to the gallery if you want.

Great job and that link was well worth clicking on? thumb.gif

    Nice shooting! thumb.gif
Damn it, I've been to Zion twice, and each time we had a flash flood alert and the narrows were closed. :cry

Thanks so much all! This trip was my first out west and my first foray into landscape photography (I'm basically all portraits)...so I appreciate your feedback!

    Nikolai:
Go back! The Narrows was the highlight of our trip...we hiked for over 7 hours that day...and me, with my backpack full of camera equipment praying I didn't fall into the water - which got up above our waists in places! Still, it was well worth it.

Of course, flash flood warnings are serious business...when you're down in those slots, you can really imagine 20 feet of water coming around the corner with nowhere to go...it's a bit eerie.

Thanks again...anyone with other C&C, it would be appreciated!

    - Gary.

WOW. Incredible series! Fantastic lighting and compositions. Some day in my life I'll get out to the southwest, until then, these pictures will have to suffice :D
