How to search for a comment/message rather than thread?

I'm trying to search the forums before posting my question. Most of the replies are long threads with pages and pages of comments and my search terms are not found in the first page of comments. How can I find the comment (message) with my search terms? Is there a way to get search results to take me to the comment (message) directly? Is there a way to get a long thread to display ALL on one page, no matter how many comments (so I can use the browser's page search function to find the comment with my search terms)?

Just look besides "Thread Tool" right above the 1st message there is "Search this thread"

Is this what you are asking headscratch.gif

Click on Advanced Search. There is an option to show results as posts, rather than threads. I think that's what you are looking for.

That's it! I was using Advanced Search, but I don't know how I overlooked it before. Thanks. :-)
