upload from Lightroom - how to display both Title and Caption?

Can someone tell me how to configure my Smugmug page and the Lightroom uploader widget so that both the image title and caption are passed thru and shown on Smugmug?

Right now, if I have a title but no caption in the metadata for the image, the title is shown on smugmug. If I have a title and caption, the caption is shown but not the title. I want the title shown as the "image name" and the caption shown as, well, the caption. I'm trying to create a photo blog similar to Schmoo's page at: http://www.schmootography.com/gallery/4507233_VMW7D#341594393_BKA2D

Where her page shows the date, I want to show the "Title" metadata, and then under the "Caption" metadata from the Lightroom.

LR Title shows up as Caption on SmugMug. Put the date and your caption there.

I want BOTH. I want a title, and then a caption. I want this data taken from the Title and Caption metadata fields in Lightroom.

Yeah I'm trying to say, that there's no place to put 'em both :)

SmugMug has a caption field - in LR, the Title will fill this. It's really the IPTC Description field.

    Clear as mud?

That's not working for me. I have different data in the Title and Caption fields in Lightroom, and this data matches the Title of the image, and the Caption for the image. I'd really like the uploader widget to put BOTH pieces of data into Smugmug. I don't care if you put them into one field or two on your end, but I need BOTH pieces of data to make it to SM during the upload. Is there any way to do that?

What's the best way to contact Jeffrey?

I'm cool with some regular expression hack in the uploader tool's config if that would accomplish what I want to concatenate the fields. Does anyone know if this is possible?
