Strange encounter near the river

Hi!
I was searching for the place to shot dragon flies or damsels flies.
But While walking along the river encountered this strange creature
Additionally I can say that most probably It can fly since I saw wings but did not managed to take a photo with wings in "flight position".

Nasty looking jaws on that little guy Sven,
a long set of antena like that would come in handy in crowd,
