Having a hard time hunting down the standard price for this one. Can anyone out there suggest to me a good pricing margin to use for commercial licensing my photos. What do you guy's price at. is there a "standard"
When I sold a few images to Associated Press they only did it at about 100 a piece, with ten percent of a resale. should this be a good place to start?
Should I refer on my Smug Mug to contact me when considering to use my photos in a commercial application? :deal:scratch

It's impossible for anyone to answer your question without more information. How many photos? What will they be used for? Are you licensing exclusive rights? How long will the client have the use of the photos? How much income will the photos generate for the client? How much did it cost you in time and overhead to create the photos?
These are just some of the questions you need to answer in order to come up with an equitable licensing fee.
When you start licensing/selling your work, it is incumbent upon you to educate yourself in the business aspect of photography.
Here are a few resources to help you get started- good luck!

If you look at the top of the M.Y.O.B. forum you'll see a "sticky" for Photogrpaher's Resources. Have a poke about in there for some answers and also please familiarize yourself with our search feature. This subject has been discussed numerous times already and I'll bet you'll find this question already answered.
