Installing Simple Uploader

Good Morning,

I am having trouble getting the Simple Uploader to install. I have followed all the insturctions to the letter (well, I think I have) and it just goes back to the install page minus the yellow active x bar at the top. :scratch Can anyone help?

    Might want to eamil smug help.....prob. get faster answers....OR get a FREE NITRODESK license...2 threads down.
