Can't get custom format for gallery

I built my gallery using Omar Shahine's upload tool (excellent!), but for this site, despite my gallery settings, it shows up with the Smugmug header, not my custom header and footer.

Settings seel the same as all my other galleries (theme=default, look=custom, gallery style=Smugmug).

Only thing different is this is the first time I'm using square thumbs. Any thoughts?

The clue is in the URL - it's showing www.smugmug.com, not your site name. Why? You probably have hide owner set to yes. If you hide the owner (you!), that means you'll only get the default smugmug look and feel.

Go into that gallery and make sure that hide owner is set to no.
