1994 ZR-1 Corvette

Photographed a good friend's car the other day. 1994 ZR-1 Corvette with a modified Lingenfelter 415 engine. A 415 cubic inch DOHC V8 that revs past 8,000 rpm! Car has turned quarter-miles as fast as 10.4 seconds. The engine itself is the one used in an August 1998 Road & Track top-speed shoot-out (though the chassis itself was different).

Comments and critiques please.

Sweet ride and some nice history there in that engine too. I can hardly imagine a Chevy eight cylinder at 8000 RPM, but it must sound REALLY nice. As for your photography, I like all the shots particularly the moving car numbers two and three. As for number four, I think the owner should have a happier look on his face given he gets to drive that beast any time he wants lol.

That's a nice looking engine and some tasty stats to go with it, yet from the outside the car looks fairly ordinary, a wolf in (very fast) sheep's clothing so to speak.

    Nice set

Nice, except for that one. Instead of looking proud, he looks like a zombie. He should have his arms crossed, looking proud, as if to say "That's my car."

Yeah, I pointed that out to him, but he was quite pleased anyway. He always looks like that. :)
