Image not for sale

I want an image to be in a gallery but for it to be unpurchasable except by contacting me [I have one that is a limited edition and should not be sold here on order] -- I changed all the possible pricing to -0- but some sizes are still showing up.

How do I have the image show up but not be able to be bought here?

I'll check again...I do think these images are too small - they were a quick upload/reassignment...I'll have to go in and change them, but that is the one picture I do not want purchasable at all via SmugMug= the others are fine [when I can get the right ones uploaded] but that one is not...that's the issue, to be able to make that one not purchasable except thru me.

    thanks for the help

Show that photo as the main one in Smugmug style and go into pro pricing.
Click image at top and bulk insert zero in ever product. That will override
gallery and portfolio prices for only this photo.

I just tried that and it didn't work. There are still normal prices listed for my photo. Shouldln't there just be a section where you could selectively choose what pictures are for sale? In my opinion this needs to be a global change on smugmug.

You have to do individual photos one at a time.
Photo tools > Set Prices - Look for Image at the top.

Setting prices for: Image | Gallery | Galleries | Portfolio?

Use Bulk tools: custom $ 0 All products

That should fill ever product with zero. If blank, the Gallery, Portfolio will be applied up the line.

This is EXACTLY what I did and you can still purchase the photo. Why in the world is there not just a way you can choose what pictures are for sale?

    Pricing to 0 for items
Thanks for the helpful instructions = I missed the Custom/0 idea at first == I do think though that I would not want to have it say 'too small to print' -- that makes me seems like a terrible photographer...couldn't there be a choice ref. what it says either for us to put it in or select 'too small' or 'not for sale'??? or something else???
