Uploaded galllery - 6 images duplicated?

This evening I created a new subcategory, and uploaded 4 galleries:

The 4th gallery I created was the 2008 Women Pro 1/2. I used IE 7.0.5730.11 and the Simple uploader to load a folder from my hard drive (there is only one copy of each image in my source folder). Somehow during the upload process, 6 of the images uploaded twice. My upload log doesn't show any errors.
I thought I would leave it this way for a bit so that others can see it before I delete the duplicates. Has anyone else had this happen to them tonight?
