Wasp attack

No not on me. I watched a wasp take one of the caterpillars that are now appearing on my rocket salad plants from the green veined and large white butterfly egg laying I'd seen. So i kept an eye open when i had the camera with me and witnessed this rather frenzied attack by a wasp on a group of caterpillars where it seemed to want to decimate them all.

They wont do that again will they
Would have been interesting to watch, are their any caterpillars left alive after the onslaught?

I was wondering if the caterpillars could have some defence mechanism which upset the wasp but couldn't find anything after a quick google.
Skippy there were some caterpillars left but not on this stem.
Phil - no I didn't see it take any off the plant- some fell off but it just gorged itself after the attack.
