Katie your daughter is such a cutie, and it really shows in #2.
As to the photos, I find them both to be a bit cluttered, and #2 could use a good crop and some warmth added. #1 is oof.

But really, there is potential in #2 if you crop it down and warm it up.

Here is my hack job at it, and I didn't quite get the colors warm enough for my taste, but you can see where you could go with it.
