How does one make folders within a folder?

How does one make folders within a folder?

For example, I would like to make a gallery folder for a certain event and have a breakdown of events within that gallery, such as a party.. where I would like to include different folders for the 'toast ceremony', 'dances', 'candids', etc.

    You can have these levels of organization:
    categories >>> subcategories >>> galleries

    Photos go in galleries, and galleries are assigned to categories and optionally to subcategories. You can either use the standard SmugMug categories, or you can create your own categories from the control panel.

    Then you just customize your gallery and adjust the category and subcategory assignments.
