I have a bunch of DVD's and CD's that my friend would like to have. I have erased them all --- that does mean that it's all gone and can never be retrieved?

I know with memory cards sometimes you can get your photos back.

Record music over them and then format them ,do not erase, before letting them go....if you do nt want to take this route then do not let her have them and get a shredder that chews up CD/DVD's and credit cards

Thanks Art...I will shred them in my shredder. I thought I should do that, but needed to ask to make sure.

Be careful....not all shredders will chew up a CD/DVD......thumb.gif
