These are amazing. Deifying gravity… so would you say at this size the surface tension of what is greater then the effects of gravity? I only wish I could come any where close to this. MM

Yes drops this size around 2mm or less in diameter do look amazingly round apart from the contact point- surface tension does overcome gravity at that size. Drops > 3mm dimeter do start looking more pear shaped although I suspect these are not perfect spheres either.
