I am taking a photo of the coaches and families of a new school. There will be approximately 35 to 40 people. What settings might you suggest to insure that I get everyone in focus? This is the place they want the shot. To be taken at 6:00pm but it is shaded.

4 rows of 10 people or 5 rows of 8 people. I would use an aperture of f11 or smaller if the lighting allows.
