    I like the second better, but I would do a tighter crop with just the head and shoulders.

    I prefer....
    I prefer number 1; the colors look more natural to me. I find the second one appears to be a bit washed out around the head and fish area, and the body seems blown. The first one retains the sahdow and body detail much better.

    This is, of course, just my opinion!

    #2 works better for me. A bit less contrasty. Very nicely done, BTW.

    I agree with Neil. However, #2 stands out a little better. Maybe a version in between to find that happy medium?

    I like the super cropped version. Beautiful. The other versions are nice too, but I find the water and colors a bit distracting from the action of the bird catching the fish. Great colors on the fish too.
