I prefer number 1; the colors look more natural to me. I find the second one appears to be a bit washed out around the head and fish area, and the body seems blown. The first one retains the sahdow and body detail much better.

I agree with Neil. However, #2 stands out a little better. Maybe a version in between to find that happy medium?
I like the super cropped version. Beautiful. The other versions are nice too, but I find the water and colors a bit distracting from the action of the bird catching the fish. Great colors on the fish too.
