Re-Associate SmugVault Files with Originals?

I was wondering if it was possible to re-associate (recombine?) SmugVault RAW files with their JPEG after I've uploaded the RAW file.

For example, I uploaded a bunch of JPEG's, then uploaded the RAW files. They're correctly associated together because their names are the same. Then I make an edit to the JPEG and upload it again. The new JPEG has the same name as the original, and the same name as the RAW file. I'd like to delete the old JPEG file and then still be able to have the RAW file show up on the new JPEG.

Is this possible somehow?

I hit a snag with the Lightroom 2.0 keyword bug. I uploaded all my JPGs/RAW files only to find none of my keywords intact. I fixed the lightroom bug and I have JPEG's with keywords. I could take the time to re-upload all the RAW images but Amazon charges based on the amount of bandwidth you use, so re-uploading all the RAW images just so I can associate them with the JPEG's seems like a waste of money (?).

Thanks,
