Tint Plug-in - looking for feedback

Working on a freeware plugin... you can download it from here:

What it does:
--Lets you add tints and tones to your image
--B&W conversion (set saturation to 0, change the weight settings)
--Saturation algorithm- different than Photoshop's; shouldn't bring out noise; will still cause colors to become bright + neon if you push saturation high which LAB saturation won't do (but LAB has some problems)
--If you uh... use Irfanview (judging from the poll thread I don't think there are many Irfanview users), the RGB brightness and contrast can be used as a replacement for Irfanview's, which is very clippy.
Any feedback would be appreciated, and thanks to the people who responded last time!
