Problem with my Password

I am having a problem with my password.

I logged out yesterday, and when I tried to log back in, the site kept giving me the message "Sorry, but that email address and/or password doesn't match this account.".

I tried several times to input the password that I knew to be correct, but to no avail.

So, I asked to have a new password e-mailed to me and was able to log in.

Today, I logged out again, tried to log in with the new password sent to me yesterday, and again, it didn't work.

So, I asked for another new password to be e-mailed to me and logged in.

This time, I went to the change password option in the control panel so I could try to get my original password back. I put in my e-mail address and the password I was just e-mailed and the new password I desired, and I got the same message... several times!

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, If you are having trouble like this, please do not hesitate to contact us on the help desk. We can reset the password for you.

    Be sure to use the same case each time as the password is case sensitive.

    Also, watch to make sure toolbars or the browser are not autofilling the password. I have a couple that do that to me on certain websites and it can be annoying.

    Please do not suffer with problems getting into your site, contact us and we will get you straightened out as soon as possible.
