ZR-1 two-page spread

I think I've got something "wrong" with image below. Its supposed to be a two-page spread for a 10x10" coffee table book of the car in question, so imagine a page break down the middle with both halves facing each other. The two main images are interior shots. The bottom-left is of the third brake light, which is unique to this car as non-ZR1's have it located on the bumper. I also have a shot of the red brake caliper, and of the custom front air intake and custom valve stem covers. Just not sure what I've done "works".

i might swap the air duct and caliper photos... so that as you work down the page you go from duct to brake (part of wheel) to wheel, rather than wheel, duct, wheel.

    other than that, looks good

I'm just a beginner-grinner, but as a long-time art director, the first thing that struck me was that all your shots have a large depth of field -- except the third brake light, so that shot really leapt out at me. You might try a different variation of that shot if you have one. While I'm picking nits, if the brake light were on, the red light would help balance the brake caliper -- the only other red in your layout.

Really, though, those are just minor quibbles. Both the layout and photos are excellent. :D

Thanks for all the comments guys. I did re-take the brake light, with him pushing the pedal. That was a good idea! I have the final book layout done. I am wondering about the page 18/19 spread, if all that white space should be made darker, sampled from the pavement perhaps, but overall we're very happy. Should ship to Asuka Book next week for publishin!
