However, I see a bit of a shadow in the on the curtains on the right. I think it might have worked better if the pose on the right is a bit more centered on the curtain rather than offset to match the other two which are dead center. (just being picky).
Oh would you just stop it already! Now I gotta go back to the studio and do something to this caliber. Nice work ya weenie! Great execution.....the model isn't bad either
April, Bob, Lynne, Angie, David, Aaron - thanks, guys, appreciate your stopping by and commenting!
The fabric merge was the major PITA and took about 45 min.
It's still not ideal, but I decided to leave it at that "fair enough" state.
And since you were so kind, here's the bonus frame.
I got excited by the first one and decided to make a "pentich":-). Since it's slightly on the implied side of things (nothing showing, but.. ) I'm putting the link instead of the image itself, so please use your better judgement before clicking http://nik.smugmug.com/photos/350954852_RD2pY-X2.jpg
Impressive! Well done. Loving the balance of the lighting on her (rim and main). The colors even with the fabric splitting the black tones. On the second I still think you could tone down the rim a tad. Great stitch and model.

Thanks Damon!
I wanted to make sure her - grrr, oh so beautiful - legs are clearly outlined, so I kept my current favorite one full stop of difference between the main (f/4) and the rim (f/5.6).

Being a leg man, you outlined them exquisitely! :whew
especially in the middle shot with her looking up.

That's what I like about having 4-light rim setup...
I can position and fine-tune the power of each light independently.
With only two lights (even with nice strip diffusers) and this pose it would be either an impossibility (very different lights-to-shoulders and lights-to-toes distances, hence the different power level is needed) or a very cumbersome deal, methinks.

But I love the idea and execution.
