Young football (soccer) fan
I often go at the local stadium to see the games and usually take my camera with me. I shoot the sport actions (with more or less success I'm afraid ) but decided to take pics of the people around me instead as they are closer (of course) and sometimes pretty interesting too.
This is one of my first attempt shooting a young fan (proud of his team and for many many years to come).
The pic was postprocessed using a tutorial found on the forums (great resources by the way) mostly in color lab mode (another first time for me).
There are some things I'm pleased with but still doubt about others (since I'm still experimenting)... So C&C very welcome !
For information here is the original pic staight out of the camera (except for the raw developing)
Thanks for looking

Your second attempt looks better than the first. On my monitor, it still looks a little too red, but numbers are right, so maybe it's just me. Are you shooting in raw? I find it easier to adjust white balance during raw conversion than afterward in PS.
I shoot in raw indeed and used the white parts of the shirt to adjust wb. I sometimes think the skin is still a bit red and sometimes I don't (being slightly color blind doesn't help for sure).
Furthermore the boy had just spent 45 min to jump and sing to support our team so he might be a little red "naturally"...
Maybe the definition enhancement step was pushed a little too much as well...

This thread was going to be a work in progress thread rather than a finished work thread...
